Pre-Wedding:

  • Schedule initial planning session to discuss wedding details including planning timeline, checklist, & budget
  • Schedule and attend Venue Tours
  • Assist wedding couple with selecting vendors and attend 3 vendor meetings
  • Schedule 3 planning sessions 
  • Schedule final planning session 45 days prior to the wedding to discuss wedding day logistics, wedding day timeline, and review vendor contracts
  • Wedding couple will receive monthly email reminders of tasks to complete leading up to the wedding day
  • Schedule venue walk thru with designer to discuss ceremony and reception layout
  • Contact vendors by phone or email 2 weeks prior to the wedding to provide an introduction and contact information, confirm final payments, review contract obligations, and discuss arrival and departure times
  • Contact wedding party members by email 1 week prior the wedding as an introduction and provide contact information with guidelines for day of rehearsal and wedding
  • Direct wedding rehearsal

Wedding Day:

  • Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception and resolve any last minute emergencies
  • Distribute final payments to vendors
  • Ensure vendors and wedding party are adhering to wedding day timeline
  • Set up and breakdown wedding accessories: guest book, unity ceremony, place cards, favors, and wedding signs
  • Coordinate ceremony and reception
